I am embarrassed to say I have totally let myself go over the past year. In fact, I have gained almost twenty pounds total and I have officially had enough. (I blame it on living with a boy!) Today is my new start :) I started the 30 Day Shred dvd today and loved it!
I liked that it is quick (only 30 minutes) because it is easy to fit into my day. It includes cardio, abs, and weight training so I am getting a little bit of everything. I plan on doing it everyday and adding some more cardio and abs on days I have time. I am also starting to stretch a lot to prepare for cheering this season. It won't hurt to be back in shape for our wedding either! (EEK!! WEDDING!) Lets hope I see results!
